What’s the deal?
We all love a good cocktail but what exactly are those “bitters” they’re putting in my old fashioned?
Trey and Alex will break down the different components that make up bitters, then we’ll taste how they work within cocktails and food. Each student will get the chance to taste portions of three different cocktails, and two different food items. Then you’ll make your own bitters to take home!
After the workshop, Barringer Bar will also have specials on different cocktails utilizing different types of bitters, so plan to stay and hang out afterward for even more tasting!
